Getting started
Create account (Sign Up)
Create your user profile and choose your Account Type:
- Player – join leagues, tournaments, and play matches.
- League Admin – create your own leagues and tournaments.
City matters: the app asks for “City where you play mostly” and you must pick a city from the suggestions (typing alone isn’t enough). If location is turned off, you’ll see a banner telling you to enable it in Settings to show nearby leagues and prefill your city.
You must accept the legal consent toggle: “I agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy”.
Login (Sign In)
Use your email + password to sign in. If you forgot your password, tap “Forgot password?”
Dashboard
Your dashboard is the main hub:
- Quick access to your profile and account actions (edit profile)
- Your active matches
- Your favorite leagues
- Your wallet and balances
- Admin-only:
- Your leagues (leagues you’ve created)
- Requests and Approvals inbox (for deadline extensions, disputes escalations, etc.)
Tap Browse Leagues to get to Leagues screen.
Leagues
Use this screen to:
- Browse Leagues – screen displays leagues in your city or nearby your location
- Search Leagues by name
- Add leagues to favorites
- League Admin – create your own league by tapping on the + sign in top right, which gets you to Create League page.
Tap on a League to get to League Details screen.
League Details
Here you can switch between:
- Tournaments - what you can sign up for / what’s ongoing, see more details below.
- Rankings - league current rankings
If your access is restricted, you’ll see: “Your access to this league has been blocked by an administrator…” (and you won’t be able to view/join league activity).
Tournaments
Shows available tournaments (registration / ongoing / finished). From here you can:
- Sign up (or withdraw) as a player
- Tap into tournament details
- League Admin - league owner can create tournaments
Tap on tournament card to open Tournament Details.
Rankings
Shows players rankings and points for the current league. League owner has extra tools:
- A phone icon to open a player profile (with contact details)
- Block/unblock moderation:
- “Block Player?” → blocked users can’t sign up for future tournaments or view league data
- “Unblock Player?” → restores access
Tournament Details
Tournament details is where you’ll see everything about a tournament:
- Players - full participants list in the tournament (including a phone link for the league owner)
- Bracket - draw with rounds and all matches. Tap a match card to get to Match Detail screen.
- Rules - tournament rules. Set and editable by the league owner.
Match Detail
Matches, Score entry, Disputes
Open a match to:
- Enter and submit score
- Approve or Dispute submitted score by:
- Tap “Approve” to accept
- Or Dispute by entering your own score version and tap Submit Score
- Unresolved disputes are escalated to the league admin for resolution.
Match Detail shows score submission status hints like:
- “Waiting approval”
- “Disputed”
- “Waiting admin resolution”
Match Deadline & Deadline Extension
Each match has a deadline. If you need more time, request an extension from the match detail screen.
League admins can approve or reject extension requests from their Requests and Approvals box on Dashboard or from Match Detail screen.
Wallet, payments, refunds
Wallet
Wallet balances are displayed on the dashboard. Your wallet can hold balances by currency, eg. if you play in different countries.
How payments work (wallet-first)
Many paid actions follow the same flow:
- The app tries to pay from your wallet first
- If your wallet is short, you’ll be prompted to add funds (Stripe PaymentSheet), then the app retries the action automatically
Wallet updates can take a few minutes.
Important: wallet credits are for event fees only and are not withdrawable as cash.
Refunds
If you withdraw from a tournament before a tournament registration is closed (or you’re not placed from a waitlist), refunds are handled automatically back to your wallet when applicable.
If something looks wrong, contact support with your details (see “Need help?” below).
Profiles, privacy, and account deletion
Player Profile
Shows player info and contact details (including a phone link).
- For Players - Phone icon is available only in a match card and allows for reaching out to your opponent.
- For League Admin – Phone icon is available in a match card, rankings screen for own leagues, and tournament players screen.
Edit Profile
Update your personal details anytime. This is also where account deletion lives. Edit Profile is accessible from Dashboard.
Delete Account
You can delete your account anytime from Edit Profile. This permanently removes your account and data (and triggers best-effort cleanup/refunds on the backend).
League Admin tools
Create League
Admins can create leagues. The screen includes:
- League name – set an easy to recognize name for your league.
- City selection – set the city where tournaments will usually take place. Must be picked from the suggested list.
- Derived values like country/currency are based on the selected city.
- A save action that can trigger a “Payment required” confirmation and later a “Payment confirmation” message if a fee applies
Create Tournament
Admins can create tournaments with settings like:
- Format - Elimination or Round Robin
- Consolation – available only for Elimination format. Pick 1-Consolation or Full Placement.
- Days per round – defines deadline for first and following rounds
- Seeding – set number of seeded players
- Eligibility – set which rankings can join the tournament, eg. Top 16 or Rankings 10+
- Championship points – points awarded to the champion. Other participants in a tournament receive points based on the championship points, their final place or round reached, and tournament format.
- Payment can also be required, and follows the same wallet-first flow.
